Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The traditional tatami matting and futons in the room were a unique touch, and the spaciousness was impressive, especially with the mini zen garden on the balcony. The ensuite facilities were top-notch, including a boiler and fridge. The onsen on the first floor was a real treat, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. On the downside, the thin mats were a bit uncomfortable for some. The location was perfect, with easy access to plenty of dining options and convenient subway connections for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. However, the dining experience, while convenient and included fresh pastries, could have offered more variety. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were cozy and gave a good feel of Japanese living. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was ideal near popular areas, but cleanliness could be improved. However, the individual quirks like the elevator doors closing fast should be watched out for.
The hotel is in a prime location, very close to downtown with easy access to must-go places. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a mini zen garden on the balcony, though the language barrier might pose a challenge. The service is outstanding, with incredibly kind and helpful staff, despite limited English proficiency. The dining experience offers high-quality dishes, especially around three o'clock. The facilities include an onsen on the first floor, adding to the overall convenience.
